I have identified four plants so far.
There is bamboo;
Kingdom: Plantae
(unranked): Angiosperms
(unranked): Monocots
(unranked): Commelinids
Order: Poales
Family: Poaceae
Subfamily: Bambusoideae


The Giant Lillyturf is in both plots.

  2. were did u find the Lirope gigantea? i didn't see one of those in courtyard. i think its a very interesting looking plant. i would love to know more about it.

  3. To student 4:I'm not sure where the bamboo came from but it might have been plated in a small quantity as a test but it spreads very quickly and widely.
    to Ted:There was lots of the Lirope gigantea in my plot. It was very common.
